NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding. It is your responsibility to read them carefully before purchasing, accessing, or using any of our offerings—including coaching, strategy sessions, digital products, newsletters, or Telegram content channels.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of our business ("Offering"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL INFORMATION This website is owned and operated by Stine Andersson Co, based in Sweden. Throughout the Terms, the terms "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Stine Andersson Co. The term "you" refers to the user, client, or purchaser of our offerings.

Use of this website and our offerings is at your own risk. We take reasonable steps to ensure a secure and functional site, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

AGE RESTRICTION You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to purchase or access any of our offerings. Access by minors is prohibited.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content including but not limited to written materials, digital downloads, coaching tools, email templates, videos, Telegram posts, and proprietary frameworks like the Overflow Funnel™ is the intellectual property of Stine Andersson Co.

Claim our content as your own
Use our brand, taglines, or frameworks without credit and written approval

You may:

Use purchased content for your own business and personal development
Share links to free content with attribution
Participate in our Telegram channels within the rules and limits of your access level

LICENSE AND ACCESS You receive a non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials you've paid for. You may not share your access or resell the content.

If you wish to share or license any portion of our content to others, you must request written permission via hello@stineandersson.com.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Dubsado, and Systeme.io. We do not store full payment information.

We offer a 30-day cancellation policy. Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@stineandersson.com within 30 calendar days of purchase. No refunds are provided after this period.

If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you cancel access after 30 days.

SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY We take data privacy seriously. You are responsible for securing your login credentials. Group coaching or Telegram channel participation is not confidential unless otherwise agreed. If you violate the terms, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK By participating in our offerings, you accept full responsibility for your results, business decisions, and use of information. We do not guarantee earnings or outcomes.

DISCLAIMERS Our materials are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not acting as medical, legal, tax, or financial advisors, and nothing shared in our offerings should be considered such advice.

You agree to hold Stine Andersson Co harmless for any damages or losses related to your use of the materials.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid for the Offering.

TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate access to any offering, service, or platform (including Telegram channels) if these Terms are violated. Any outstanding payments will still be due.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION We encourage good-faith resolution of any disputes. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. Venue shall be Sweden unless otherwise agreed.

CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the offerings after any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
